Sunday is traditionally a quiet day for the majority of Hotels and some are quickly realising that it is better to have people staying at a reduced rate than none at all! This is especially applicable for Hotels with golf courses onsite as they are able to ‘include’ the golf at a much reduced rate. The Hotels want your food and beverage spend which helps make up the short fall from their ‘normal’ rates, so expect a late bar in some Hotels.
