Our Tournament golf breaks are designed to be competitive, value for money but most of all fun. Golfers by their very nature are competitive so we thought we would combine a Sunday Driver type Golf Break with an orgainsed and professionally managed golf tournament with some great prizes to be won.
Our golf break tournaments will typically involve 1 nights’ accommodation with 2 rounds of golf at a quality golf resort. Within the package we normally include a buffet dinner after round one and a buffet prize presentation after the 2nd round. Where possible we also add a bit of entertainment in the evening of the 1st Round i.e. Race Night, Casino or band.

Our tournament golf breaks are managed professionally, require a valid handicap and are played at the top golf resorts in the UK. Whilst the events are meant to be taken seriously we also combine a fun element to them. Our Masters event has a mystery golfer element where you are given an envelope containing a player in the PGA masters and if he wins... the player with his name in the envelope...wins some cash (and it's free).
After round 1 we have entertainment to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to make new friends whilst having some fun. The race evenings we run are fun and we also make sure nobody bets their shirt, hence a maximum wager is in place.
Our prize table at each event will be generous and normally we offer the usual 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Neaerst the Pin, Longest Drive and Wooden Spoon.
A golf tournament needs to be competitive, so, we put a minimum numbers in place to ensure this happens. in the unlikely event we fail to attract the required numbers we will give you 2 weeks prior notice, however, this hasn't happened as yet.
An official recognised handicap will be needed to play in most events and a handicap certificate will need to be produced at the registration desk. A society handicap will be accepted so long as the society is recognised by the EGC. If you have any doubts please ask before paying a deposit.
Simply register your interest below and we will respond confirming your place at this event. A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be needed to secure your place.
Our 1 night Tournament Golf Breaks normally offer 2 rounds, dinner, breakfast, prizes and evening entertainment.
